In 2008, a jury convicted Michael Anthony Jones of several drug and firearm possession charges, including possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Jones appeals his convictions, arguing the district courterred denying (1) his motion to suppress the contents of a duffel bag, and (2) his request for a jury instruction on the lesser included offense of simple possession of methamphetamine. We affirm.
