Unhappy over government efforts to condemn their property, appellants have attempted to appeal from an order in the district court below granting possession of a tract of their land to the government. We are without jurisdiction to hear this appeal. ""... ordinarily in condemnation proceedings appellate review may be had only upon an order or judgment disposing of the whole case and adjudicating all rights, including ownership and just compensation, as well as the right to take the property."" Catlin v. United States, 324 U.S. 229, 233 (1944), applied in, e.g. United States v. Certain Real Estate, etc., 217 F.2d 920, 927 (6th Cir. 1954).
